Owner Christoph Mlinarchik, JD, CFCM, PMP (Certified Federal Contract Manager, Project Management Professional) is an attorney, professional instructor, consultant, frequent public speaker, nationally recognized subject matter expert, and prolific author of 50+ publications on government contracts and subcontracts, including the three bestselling books in The Government Contracts in Plain English Series. Christoph was honored with the “Top Professionals Under 40” and “Best Article of the Year” awards by National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Christoph is an experienced expert witness who has provided expert opinions and reports, research concerning damages, key findings, and case strategy for complex contracts litigation.

As a former senior contracting officer for the Department of Defense, Christoph has diverse and extensive federal contracting experience across the Air Force, Navy, Pentagon, and Office of the Secretary of Defense. He served special details as an Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) acquisitions attorney, and as a procurement analyst for the Source Selection Policy and Clearance Committee of Air Force Space Command. Finally, as an onsite senior policy advisor helping shape industry-wide acquisition policy and regulations for clients in the Pentagon, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other high-level defense agencies, Christoph understands issues in professional services, consulting, and interacting with federal leadership at the highest level, including senior executives and political appointees.
